How Can I Get Karma ?

when I was trying to replay someone answer, I got this pop-up message "8 karma is required to perform this action. You can earn karma by having your answers upvoted by the community".​

You can ask few good questions and get the up vote for that and earn some karma.
There is also a way to earn more karma by completing the courses [1] and pass the exams.

Hi,
By default for new user Odoo provides around 7 karma. Then when you ask some questions(a newcomer definitely will have questions to ask), you can earn karma when someone up-votes your question or if you accept someone's answer as right.
