Due to security restrictions, you are not allowed to access 'Sales Team' (crm.team) records. Records: False (id=1) User: X (id=2) This restriction is due to the following rules: - Sales Team multi-company Note: this might be a multi-company issue. Contact your administrator to request access if necessary.


This is the error I am getting when I am trying to export the contacts into a csv file. I tried exporting some of them and they were exported, but others are just giving me this error and I can't do anything about them. Note that I am accessing as an admin but still getting this error. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Did you activate/select the correct company in top right corner. If a company is not activated it gives you similar error messages.

I think you have multi company so make sure to grant admin access to all companies. because there is some contacts linked to sales team for another company. You can go to user form and add all companies in "Allowed companies" field  for admin user.

I tried it, but I am still getting the same error and I accessed it as admin
