setting preparation display not visible (demo.odoo)

Question

I can't find the option: "Preparation Display" in POS settings?
How to activate?

In the documentation there is:
To enable the preparation display feature,
Go to the POS settings [1] .
Scroll down to the Preparation section.
Check the Preparation Display option.

Hi,
In the demo, without enabling it, we can see the preparation display in Point of Sale → Orders → Preparation Display.
