I wonder if it is possible that IF
a customer would sends an inquiry -> these datas would automaticaly be stored in the Contact Database.
AND that I see in BackEnd, that a new inquiry from website has been send...
AND I could answer by "just" clicking answer... or so

Yes this is possible, you will need the CRM app installed.
If you edit the webpage with the contact form, you can select the submit button and change the action to either create customer, or create a an opportunity.
Creating a customer will generate a contact only. Creating an opportunity will create a contact and generate a lead in the CRM app. From the CRM app you can open the lead click Action->"Send email" to email them. If you want it to come form your email address you may need to configure the outgoing mail server in the settings.
I would post a link to a video on how to set this up, but I have insufficient karma.
