How to revamp customer portal with new design or template in Odoo?

Hi,
There is no default option available to switch between portal layouts. You can achieve this by customizing the system or by using any third party app, which provides such a feature.
If you need to customize by yourself, you can check out this open pull request in odoo repository, which is an attempt to revamp the odoo portal for newer version:  https://github.com/odoo/odoo/pull/73127 [1]
