I also had the bad surprise to discover that all my customers received a "Payment reminder" email from Odoo.


I also found an option under "Accounting / Configuration / Settings / Invoicing / Follow up email" that I've now disabled. Even after that my customer got another email!


How can I make sure this prevents this email to be sent?

In Odoo there are pre-configured follow-ups that can be easily adapted according to requirements in accounting->configuration->followup-levels:



To disable these completely, activate the developer mode and disable/deactivate the Scheduled action related to these follow-ups in setttings->technical->scheduled actions:

Thanks! The second part helps. Will is also disable other emails asides from the accounting/invoicing follow up emails?
