Refund product

Question

Hi,
I use Odoo v11.  I searched how tro refund a product in Odoo POS and found everywhere that it's simple as clicking on the +/- button.  But when I only have a 2.99$ product to refund, and nothing else oon the invoice, when I click on the +/-, it put the product price 0.00$ and not -2.99$.
Do i miss something?

Hi,
For the refunding purpose, * you may just only * click the +/- button, that's why you are getting 0
What you have to do is, If  a product is selected in the cart,

* Click the  +/- button *
Then you have to * enter the number of quantity *to return* , *just click 1, then the cart will be like this*

*

It was the information that I did'nt understood.  It work very well scanning the product, pressing +/- and enterint 1 qty.

Check if you are doing +/- on the Qty So the qty will be -ve and the price will still be the price of product (2.99).
Another way of doing a refund outside of PoS screen is go to the order form view (Orders from menu)  and click on Return products.
