How can I receive an email notification whenever anyone purchases something from the shop online?
I went to the Email Templates and added the address in Cc to either "Purchase: Purchase Order" or to "Sales: Order Confirmation" but nothing happened 🥲

Hi,
If you add CC in sale order confirmation email template, you are expected to receive an email on order confirmation, can you confirm if the system is sending email correctly ? May be you can check the emails menu and see if there is any failed emails and also ensure that the placed order get confirmed.

Hi, it's a bit odd: if I add a direct email address I receive it, but if I add a mailing list (which would be useful, since my info@ address is actually a mailing list that redirects to two people) I get nothing.
Normally I can send emails to that mailing list, so not sure where the problem could be.
Where do I check the email logs in Odoo?
