Hi Muhammad:
It's calculated as the sum of the number of days each maintenance request for that equipment was open (close date - request date) divided by the number of maintenance requests.
NOTE: Only requests of type "Corrective" that are "done" are included in the calculation.

is close date is how long its take to close/done maintenance?
Yes. It's the date on which the request is marked as done and closed.
