Invisible the create/ delete option

Question

How I can hide the create/ delete option in odoo from specific user group and I created the following code but it doesn't work correctly

You can manage the acces by creating record rules for the users,From the record record rule you can manage the create/delete access for specific user groups.Please refer the below blog to know how to create a record rule

Hi
You have the ability to modify access permissions for creating and writing to that model within CSV security files as outlined below.
id,name,model_id:id,group_id:id,perm_read,perm_write,perm_create,perm_unlink
id_for_the_access,access_record_name,module_name.model_name,group_name,1,0,0,0  or You can create some record rules for the user
