is specialist in maatwerksoftware en biedt ook standaardoplossingen aan zoals Processo voor procesautomatisering en Blinkaspace voor smart locker management. Voorheen gebruikten ze een eigen helpdesksysteem en AccountView voor financiële administratie. Ze zochten naar een geïntegreerde oplossing voor snellere inzichten in ticket statussen, flexibele doorbelasting aan klanten en betere documentintegratie via DocuSign. Ze kozen voor Odoo, dat nu hun helpdesk-, financiële en documentbeheerprocessen integreert, wat zorgt voor snellere ticketinzichten en efficiëntere kostenallocatie. In de toekomst kan men ook nog andere Apps gaan implementeren c.q. gebruiken maar wil niet teveel hooi op zijn vork nemen. Fasering is het toverwoord hier.De implementatie van Odoo samen met dooIT (www.dooIT.nl) heeft geleid tot verbeterde snelheid en efficiëntie in ticketbeheer en financiële administratie. Oxolutions overweegt nu om ook HRM-processen zoals verlof en declaraties, evenals hun website, in Odoo onder te brengen om verdere optimalisatie te realiseren. Meer weten?
