When we first engaged with Kead, the company was actively seeking a comprehensive ERP solution. Although they had considered implementing Navision, they remained unconvinced and continued their search for a system that aligned with their vision: an intuitive, modern ERP with an all-in-one solution to streamline their day-to-day operations. Recognizing their needs, Zero prepared a tailored demonstration that showcased the capabilities of Odoo. This presentation left a positive impression and paved the way for a collaborative agreement.

As Kep Merli expanded its operations and guest offerings, the need for a more integrated and efficient management system became evident. The reliance on multiple software solutions, including local point-of-sale (POS) systems and accounting software, posed challenges in achieving seamless operations and maintaining high service standards.

Recognizing the potential for improvement, we collaborated closely with Kep Merli to implement Odoo ERP as a comprehensive solution. Our approach involved a thorough assessment of their existing workflows, allowing us to customise Odoo to meet their specific requirements. By replacing outdated systems with a unified platform, we facilitated the integration of various functions, including reservations, inventory management, financial reporting, and customer relationship management.

Is an Albanian company founded in 2000, with 100% Albanian capital, which operates in the HVAC systems field. Initially, the company’s activity has been in the marketing of various materials for ventilation and air conditioning. With increasing demand from customers, the company has been developing by adopting installations and creating a whole production sector. Klimateknika sh.p.k. designs, implements and maintains heating systems, ventilation, air conditioning and solar thermal systems, including civil and industrial applications, in line with the Albanian and European energy efficiency standards. In its beginnings, the company has implemented Fuji Electric’s air conditioning systems and Casals for ventilation equipment. Based on the most advanced technology and with the skilled staff of experienced engineers, it is available not only for the Albanian market but also abroad for the installation of HVAC systems and accessories production.
Klimateknika is one of the largest companies in the country in the sale and distribution of air conditioners and parts. Klimateknika contacted us at a time when they were disappointed with the use of 2 software, one for sales and distribution and one for accounting. The entire company trusted us and internal management through Odoo.
Based on our previous experiences with the implementation of Odoo in large companies, we immediately started working with them, divided into several stages: We listened to their requests according to all departments, worked to develop the requests in accordance with their needs and implemented the system in successfully.Today Klimateknika is working only with Odoo to manage all the processes of the company. Landways International (ex Albania Experience) is an Albanian based company, established in 1995 with a sole founder and owner, Gazmend Haxhia, who continues to be the sole shareholder and Chief Strategy Officer of the company. Landways is now one of the most dynamic ground operators in the Balkans and Southeastern Europe.



Landways International was born out of a rising market demand for simple services such as accommodation and ticketing. In the beginning, Landways International operated solely in Albania, offering mainly hotel accommodation, airfare ticketing and tourist packages. In just a couple of years, Landways International became the main ground operator in Kosovo, Montenegro and Macedonia, providing services to foreign tourists as well as the several important international institutions located in Albania at the time.



Keeping up with the market growth and eager to satisfy customer demands, over the years, the company added many other services to its portfolio, expanding to more specialized services such as incentives, staff retreats, conferences, events, and more.



As true pioneers in the tourism industry, Landways International understood fairly quickly that Albania represented too small of a market, resulting in geographical expansion of the company to markets like Finland, Germany, Austria (in Europe) and Japan (in Asia). Successful in attracting and maintaining these markets, Landways International shifted its focus to the rapidly developing economies in Asia. The company went on to grow further and develop its business in many Southeast Asian countries.



To this day, Landways International remains one of the main ground service providers in the Balkan region for the Southeast Asian markets. Landways International continues to set the standard for travel experiences that are personalized, unique, and memorable. Nestled along Albania's stunning coastline, Maritim Marina Bay spans an impressive 20,000 square metres, featuring exquisite architectural design, exceptional hospitality, and culinary delights. With an exclusive beach, serene surroundings, and breathtaking sea views, the resort promises an unforgettable experience for all its guests.

From the outset, the resort faced operational challenges due to reliance on three disparate software systems: a point-of-sale (POS) solution for services, a property management system (PMS) for hotel operations, and local accounting software for financial management. The visionary owner possesses a strong background in mathematics and data science, fueling his ambition to consolidate all resort operations into a single, integrated platform. His goal was to create a comprehensive dashboard that would enable him to oversee and manage all resort data effortlessly.

When we first connected with the owner and discussed his vision, we recognized the complexity of the project ahead. Despite the challenges, we firmly believed in Odoo's capability to transform their operations and fulfil their aspirations.

Our collaboration began with an in-depth analysis of all operational facets. We conducted thorough meetings with each department, meticulously assessing their unique needs and requirements. After ten months of intensive collaboration and a shared passion for excellence, we successfully transitioned Maritim Marina Bay from their legacy systems to Odoo. This comprehensive implementation encompassed two restaurants, two beach bars, two pool bars, a lounge, and a hotel with over 150 rooms, as well as the finance and maintenance departments.

The dedication and effort invested in this project have filled us with immense pride as we have enabled Maritim Marina Bay to realise its vision. We understand that the journey toward seamless operations is ongoing, and we remain committed to supporting them as they navigate the complexities of daily operations with Odoo.
