In odoo16 outgoing emails server is configured but emails getting failed

Question

Hi All,
As I have configured outgoing email server through outlook while i have test is connected successfully. when i have checked while sending through email is going delivery failed emails .
kindly need your suggestion and help for this issue.

My outgoing emails server is properly configured and tested manually successful but while i am sending an email its going to delivery failed
please find above screenshot and at the same need some suggestions on this issue.

Hi
you have to set up MAIL_FROM_ADDRESS and MAIL_USERNAME to the outgoing email address in the Email templates.
