We are using the Helpdesk module in Odoo 13.0, and we want to create a ticket via an email between teams. 

In our processes, we need to trigger a standardized process in team B - that is started with an inbound email - via email from within a ticket process in team A. We can send out the email from team A, see the email in our exchange server - but the email never generates a ticket in team B. When we send the email directly from outside Odoo the ticket is generated.

Is there any way to configure Odoo to accept these internal emails for creating a new ticket?
