Return Management Authorizations (RMA) for Odoo. Target audience is companies that make or sell products, especially companies that have products with Material Traceability requirements, such as serial numbers, or lot numbers. Version covered V10. Attendees will learn how Odoo can be configured to manage complex RMA situations. RMA is a necessary part of any product business’s implementation, but often not fully considered, and occasionally avoided until the end of the project. We will demonstrate several options that make the best use of the tools that Odoo offers, and extend the software where necessary.
They will learn how Odoo works out of the box, configured correctly, to manage complex returns, that may include serial numbers, lots, date codes or other challenges. They will also learn about tools that can be used to fill gaps, such as Return to Vendor and verifying the return of serial numbered goods.
