1. What can I see under the ‘Incoming Numbers’ section in the Axivox admin portal?
All the incoming calls for my company's main line All the incoming and outgoing calls for my company numbers All the numbers my company pays to use and their destinations All the users of my company
2. How many people can a call be forwarded to if I get called and do not pick up?
Three people It’s based on time, where I can forward the call for two minutes I can’t, so the caller will be on hold until I pick up As many people as I want
3. What must be done after I save my settings when making changes to the Axivox admin console?
Click “Apply Changes” in the upper-right corner of the console Log out and log back in to confirm my changes were made successfully Nothing but “Save” needs to be clicked when making changes to the settings Changes are saved automatically to the Axivox admin console, so there is no need to click anything
