Having an automated system to gather customer feedback is crucial to save time and effort when interacting with customers. 

In this course, you'll learn to set a customer rating email by practicing. If you are stuck on a question, we recommend watching the video tutorial, but it's optional.

A Rating Email Template is a digital email signature that displays the sender's rating as a user or customer of a particular product or service.
