Lina’s & Dina’s Diet Center (LDDC) is a family-owned business in Kuwait, specializing in providing top-quality healthy food and dietary consultation services. They offer personalized meal plans and fresh, nutritious meals to help clients achieve their dietary goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The rapid expansion of LDDC posed challenges in maintaining customer relationships, ensuring timely payments, measuring marketing impact, understanding profit margins, and streamlining food manufacturing processes.
