how to define user wise access right for a particular operation or a particular work center in ODOO community version

Actually it didn't served my purpose. I want something like: whenever a user or an employee log in to the system then that user will get only a particular work center or a particular operation. For example: from 3/4 work center an employee will get access of only one Work center. same for the operation process. Is it possible in Community version? Please need help.
