Why odoo hasn't published release note of odoo 13 specifying the features of community as well as enterprise highlighting the modules that exist only in enterprise as they used to do in past? ?

Odoo release note about the specific odoo version helps you to differentiate between enterprise and community modules in a form of documentation,therefore it is easy to get an idea about that kindly provide me assistance if possible?
