There is website_helpdesk module? I watched this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r1XFm3DIYuQ - excellent functionality! But do not found this in modules in latest Odoo 8, is it deprecated?

Hi Alexander, This is the developer's github repository, but I do not find it there: https://github.com/thanhchatvn This may be a private module. I'd recommend getting in touch with the developer to ask. Please post back here with what you find, i'd be interested in using the module too.
