Kindly look in product module and find in which xml file, " product_product_consultant " is defined maybe their on button click or action performed or type="action".

then first comment this line where you will get that line may be format of this line like %("product_product_consultant")d then upgrade the module it will not ask for no such external id defined, once module upgraded then remove comment n again upgrade this module, it will work fine...
