I know how to create dynamic fields in email, but I don't know how to create a document, (including dynmaics fields), saved it as a pdf and send it in attachement to an email. Like we do for an invcoice but here this is for "feedback and recommandations" that I need to send to customers.

We have the same use case here... We think about creating email templates. Then we can transform the email body to pdf and save it or send it in attachment to the email itself...
