Hi Mohammed,
The exam has changed a bit in V14. In the past you used to get 80 questions which you had to answer in 60 minutes. This is now changed to 115 questions which you have to answer in 90 minutes. You still need to score at least 70% to pass and if you answer wrong you loose an extra 0.5 points on top.
Besides of this the questions itself have been updated and improved too. They're now of a better quality (and a bit more challenging actually). In V14 the apps Studio & Spreadsheets are also added, which was not questioned in V13 or lower.

Hello Mohammed,
In Odoo v14 there are fewer new modules introduced compared to v13. Hence the knowledge on v13 will be continued in v14. You can go through the new features updated in v14 like Spreadsheets, Website Builder, etc. Also you can refer videos on youtube from Odoo 2020 launch event to study the new points included.
