i am currently a V12 odoo user

i have some requirement such as 
i want to send the mail using odoo and CC people also in it (but it should show who all have been CC in the email)

i want to set my own format of the mail i dont want them to view (my quotation and etc) 

and lastly if the customer replies the mail should directly come to odoo lognotes in regards to the Sales order 

are these points possible
