Hello Odoo Community,

I'm currently working on using the packaging function in Odoo Inventory to effectively manage and display our on-hand inventory based on the different package sizes (e.g., 200g, 500g, 1kg, etc.) that we've packed.

However, I'm facing challenges in utilizing the packaging feature outside of the purchase module.
There  I can see that when I have a quotation the quantity is immediately in the right packaging quantity. 

In the inventory module I would like to:

1. Track Inventory by Packaged Sizes: How can I configure the system to reflect the available inventory in terms of the packed sizes and batch/expiry date?
2. Easily Manage Packaged Products: Is there a straightforward method to manage and update the packaging for products in the inventory, especially when it comes to repacking or adjusting quantities?
3. Packaging for Sales and Transfers: Can I apply the packaging settings for sales and transfers, so the system recognizes the different packaging sizes during these processes?

Any insights or step-by-step guidance on how to effectively use the packaging function for on-hand inventory would be incredibly helpful. Thank you in advance for your assistance!
