I want all our employees to login to OpenErp in the morning and work all day in this single environment.
Is it possible to allocate email ids carrying disk space quotas alongwith regular email interface features in OpenErp? Can the emails be auto-archived on the server periodically?
I do not want to ask every employee to download a client like Thunderbird and download emails on their laptops.
