The short answer is "no" there is no Odoo loading template as you may have experienced with large form MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc).
In my experience you can manually update the important fields leaving the remainder in the library if you will. I would not recommend deleting any canned accounts and only modify as needed and feel free to add what remains missing.
The easiest way for me to replicate a loading template was to request a pro forma from my Accounting team asking them to populate the fields for two main transactions (order to cash and procure to pay). This allowed me to reverse engineer the defaults loaded by Odoo and update to reflect what my Accounting team would like to see.
