I'm trying to reach out to Odoo India team - The modules that they developed are not working in Odoo 8 and I wanted to chekc if those modules are obsolete, or still active. I have to make the decision to go with Odoo or not based on the future of those modules. Any help or ideas on how to reach out to them?

Yeah I'd simply throw both an e-mail, you should always get response on support@odoo.com though, usually within 10 days.
