I am trying to create new tickets in help desk but I am facing the following error when I click on the save button. I configure the incoming and outgoing mail server on zoho mail.

This seems to be a Zoho mail issue not related to helpdesk ticket. Did you test your email settings for other objects too? Please google for more info about Odoo and Zoho mail.

Hello,

I tested it. It works and send email. When I click on "Send reset password instruction" then email sent successfully and received in the zoho mail server.

When I check "Handle by emails" then it give me error otherwise its working fine.

I resolved the issue.
I configured it wrong. I was assigning the ticket to the person who was not the member of the team to which the ticket was related. So the solution is that you need to add the members to the team and then assign them tickets. To do so Goto Helpdesk -> Configuration -> Settings. Click edit and add team member under productivity.
