the first page that appears to be the dashboard odoo community

Hello,
I am working with Odoo Community and would like to configure it to meet my requirements. When I log in as an administrator, I want the first page that appears to be the dashboard. Could you please guide me on how to set this up?

Hello Nouhayla:
You can set the welcoming page for every single user as you want.  Please navigate to :
Settings -> Users & Companies -> Users  click on the target user to open its configuration form :   in tab 'Preferences ' -> Menus Customization -> Home Action,
search and select "Dashboards" which action type is 'ir.actions.client'.   You can also select any other pages as you want in the dropdown and its further list .  After saving the setting,  you need to logout and re-login before seeing

Hi,
If you are looking for any existing menus to come as first, then you can use the method suggested in the other thread, which is of setting the home action in the user level.

If this is not the one you looking for, and need to get a screen as in odoo enterprise, then you can use some theme apps.
