Hi Abdul Qoudouss,

This error raise if you have a duplicate stock picking(transfer) number in same company. 

So basically, when you confirm this, it will create a stock picking (Transfer) with a unique sequence number in the name field. Your system has already that same sequence number record in previously created and that's why it will raise the error. 
Per company, it should be a unique transfer number.
