Hi,

We are a service company and we are testing Odoo for our needs.

Actually we receive a ticket from the "CRM" app and push it to the "FIELD SERVICE" app so it can be scheduled to the technicians.


But we have 2 problems:

1) On the Field Service side we do not have information on SLA's, so it's not easy to make a correct schedule.  

SLA's infos should appear on tickets on KAN BAN or GANTT views, this would make easier to schedule.


2) When a ticket is closed from the technician, it will be closed on the field service but not on the CRM app.


Would like to have your opinions,
