This is probably a feature request. It is easy to copy the URL of any page in Odoo and share it with others. However, when sharing the URL for a group of records that have been filtered, the filtering information is lost.
I'd love it if Odoo can enhance the functionality of such URLs so that the filters and groupings can be relayed to another user as easily as a copy/paste of the URL.

Totally agree. Missing this feature and will be implementing my own solution for it.
I totally agree! We've been looking/hoping for a feature like this. Some places call it a "deep link" and they seem to be missing in Odoo, at least up through v16 and v17. The fact that there's not currently a way to send someone a URL to the same search or filter that you are using makes it difficult to get everyone on the same page, literally and figuratively.
