I'm trying to figure out how to set up customer ratings emails when a task reaches a stage, like in this learning video (at 0min 25s), either on demo.odoo.com or in a test database, but there isn’t any option to do so in the settings
There are only "Timesheets" and "Project stages" options available to enable

Odoo tutorials might be from earlier versions.
In V19, edit the stage (gear icon on the right of stage name) to enable the option to send rating email

Indeed there is an option to send an email upon reaching the stage
But now, as shown later in the video, where can I find the rating email template, displaying three options to the client to click on to send its rating?
There is only simple text email templates available, without the option for the client to send its rating?
