In order to make our CRM data more visually accessible, we set a color for every lead based on the time passed since its creation or its last stage move.
Automated Action (Using Studio in v15)
Model: Lead/Opportunity
Trigger: On creation & Update, apply on all registers
Field: Color Index (Lead/Opportunity), Evaluation type: Value, Value=10
Action to perform: Update the record
This AA will set the Lead to green when it is created and also when you move it from one stage to another.
Color Index: Green (10), Orange (2), Yellow (4), Red (1).
How to set another color based on a time condition:
-Change the trigger to 'Based on a time condition'
-Combine registers with 'Stage is set'
-Trigger date: Last modification (Lead/Opportunity)
- Set up a chosen delay, for example 2 days to switch from green to yellow.
