I installed odoo 15 in my PC for test and I activate Saudi ZATKA QR and it work find for one months - and still now working fine but when I try to print or download invoice as PDF the output come without QR code.
any one have idea and can advice please
Hi Hawari Alzain.
For Saudi ZATKA QR Code functionality, you need to install "Saudi Arabia - Invoice" module.
Then Please check following condition to print the QR code .
1) QR code is only for the customer/ Sales Invoices & refund (Not for vendors) .
2) Your Invoice Country code should be "SA" (Only for Saudi Arabia county invoices) .
3) Your company has a VAT number (configure vat in your company profile).
If you properly configure all above criteria, then you can see the QR code in your report.
