Why offer the saas Oddo use saas 3 only? There is there a problem of stability beyond or is it by this-that the migration of service is not necessarily done every month, for example, if new is not significant?

I would guess that odoo are waiting to do the first saas upgrade at the point that v8 gets launched - they are probably very busy getting that stable and might not have the time to handle the regular upgrades to saas customers that are promised longer term. I also noticed that the odoo saas is still on saas-3 only at the point that I wanted to try out some of the features of their forum and documentation system. I suggest that if you want to assess features like those you should try saas-5 in runbot.
