Hello,


We recently decided to change our ERP system and are now facing the problem, that we still get e-mails to our ticket system. 


I now want to forward all those e-mails that are received to a new e-mail adress but I simply cannot find a way to do this.


Is there anyone that already faced this issue too and maybe has a solution?


Help is appreciated :)

There is no such settings in there.


The only settings for email.server is the outgoing server.

You would need to enable developer mode to view setting > technical > incoming mail server

Assuming you have changed your ERP to Odoo and want to create tickets in Helpdesk with emails sent to the ticketing system. 

You could configure the old email id (of ticketing system) as a new Incoming mail server in Odoo. This would create new ticket in helpdesk.

Setting > Technical > Incoming Mail Servers

Apologies if I have misunderstood the question
