My company is a shop that provides vessel repairs, warranty service, detailing, and other things having to do with power vessels. We worked with an Odoo Account Representative named Nathan that assured us that not only was Odoo fit for our use case but that Odoo was being used in businesses like ours.

Not wanting to spend money unnecessarily on a product that would not fit our needs, we asked for references. After three weeks of waiting on our account rep to gather references, he canceled the meeting where references were to be provided. Given that the implementation price tag was higher than $20,000, we have paused implementing Odoo.

Does anyone in the community know of a repair facility actively using Odooo for daily operations. We are searching for some assurance that our money will be well spent over the long term by choosing Odoo, and there does not appear to be any verification forthcoming from Our Account Rep. or any of his associates who were contacted.

We would like to speak with a company or companies who use Odoo successfully in a space similar to ours.
