I have one portal user , i had send quotation to portal user ,when he click on view quotation button in email,& redirect to his portal account in openerp ,then got error msg

"Access Denied

The requested operation cannot be completed due to security restrictions. Please contact your system administrator.

(Document type: Sales Order, Operation: read) " why this error i get
