Hello Community, hi Odoo Support,


it has happened a few times now that the following info appears in the chatter

I The done move line has been corrected.

  • [123456] Productxyz:
  • Quantity : 1.0 -> 0.0

It happens 3 Minutes after the delivery slip is set to done.

I don't know why this happens and what triggers it.

The stockmoves are automatically reversed.

Does anyone have any idea what is causing this?

Its Version 16 Enterprise.

Please check the destination location type.

Hi,

In odoo there is no default function to change the product quantity to 0 after 3 minutes, please check the below things to troubleshoot the issue.

1)Check if there are any scheduled actions or automated processes that might be triggering this change in the stock moves. Look for any automated workflows or scheduled tasks related to stock moves or delivery slips.

2) Review the workflow configuration for delivery slips and stock moves to ensure there are no misconfigurations or unexpected transitions that could be causing this issue.

3) Look for any error messages or warnings in the logs that could provide more information about what might be causing the issue. Check both the Odoo logs and the server logs for any relevant entries.

4) If you have any custom modules , consider disabling them temporarily to see if the issue persists. Sometimes custom code can interfere with standard Odoo functionality.
