Hello,

After upgrading our Odoo system to version 18, we encountered a critical issue with the Point of Sale (PoS) module. The issue is that no products are visible on the PoS interface despite all products being properly configured and available in the database.

Here are the key details:

  1. PoS Configuration:
    • Products are correctly assigned to PoS categories.
    • PoS settings and product availability configurations have been reviewed and appear correct.
  2. Behavior:
    • The PoS loads, but the product categories show "There are no products in this category."
    • This behavior occurs across all categories and for all users, not just specific products or categories.

Hai.

Did u manage to solve this problem? because currently we are facing the same situation also. Would like to know what's the solution.

Note : point of sale field in product form is ticked already when the product created.

Hi,

Please tick the Point of Sale field in product form. The product which is ticked only shows in POS.
