I am new to the Community and I have a display problem, it seems to me. when I make a quote with a discount on a product, the web preview displays the crossed-out price with the new price below but when I want to print or download it the crossed-out price does not appear. how to? help me please

No, when I am on the web preview the initial price is crossed out and the new price is displayed at the bottom. whereas in the print version, the original price remains the same but the total is deducted from the discount. I would like the same presentation as the web version.

for pdf, you need to customize (develop) this pdf print.
do you mean, you apply pricelist with discount and you see new price (with discount), but do not see initial sales price and discount amount?
