atfter creating a new service either using nssm install or sc create i cant start the service and give me an error

You need to make sure that all the Odoo servers are running on different ports (xmlrpc-port).
Yes i have different xmlrpc and http ports for each server

Please make sure that you use different port for each instance,
http_port inside the config file
