I have created custom report that works fine however when I select multiple invoices in tree view and the choose to print it only the first one gets printed. How can I fix that?

That is funny, that you found your solution ? What are the details ? Maybe the definition of the report in Qweb ? What is the version of odoo that you are using ?
I'm not an expert, but maybe if you gave more details, maybe some one that has more experience could help you better with more details ? The selection of many report in the list view for a custom module and custom model seems to work fine in Odoo 10, maybe this is not your situation since you ask for a custom report, but you are refereeing to invoices...
