Preprinted Paper Check Deposit Form for Batch Deposit?

Question

Is anyone using a report of any sort that allows them to print the paper check deposit information for their bank on a preprinted deposit form?

I have been using a preprinted form that has the deposit slip on the top of the sheet on which my software prints the check numbers and deposit amounts.  The bottom of the sheet prints for me a list of the checks that are in the batch to be deposited.

Any suggestions?

It can be done with the help of a custom report.
The custom report's paper format(dimensions) needs to be same as your preprinted form and should have field values positioned same as the empty spaces where the info would go in your preprinted form.
