Which version of postgresql version compatible with Odoo 13?

Odoo doesn't require a specific PostgreSQL version, Install 9.5 or above .
Download and install the  latest version of PostgreSQL [1] .

But, some people mentioning problems with postgresql version.
And in the link you mentioned https://www.enterprisedb.com doesnt have download linnk for Linux and postgres 12
