I have set up an Odoo 14 enterprise and FreePBX 15 installation.

In FreePBX I have a working extension, configured on my hardware phone (601) + a UCP phone extension (99601).

In Odoo I installed the official voip module. I set the 'SIP Login / Browser's Extension' to 99601 and I can make outgoing calls from Odoo. When I set the 'Handset Extension' to 601 and the 'Always Redirect to Handset' boolean to true, the outgoing calls are initiated on my hardware phone as expected.

Now I would like to get the res.partner form popup in Odoo on an incoming call on my hardware phone. (I don't want to use the softphone of Odoo to answer incoming calls, just see who is calling.) I have my inbound route in FreePBX linked to my 601 extension. Should this be possible and if so, what should be configured differently or how to best troubleshoot this?

Hi Els,

Can you please let me know how did you setup your FreePBX so Odoo could connect to it? I keep getting this message  The WebSocket uri could be wrong. Please check your configuration.

Hi Els!

In Asterisk Plus module we have incoming call popup with reference to lead, ticket or task if found.
Also we have there an WebRTC phone built-in.
