I'm facing an issue while purchasing a product tracked by serial number, with qty 20,000
results after receiving: session timeout or it will take more than 10 mins

You have to increase the server timeout.
Hi, Please the Odoo log file and it will give you more details about the issue and you can take the action depend on that.
Its not about session timeout and log file, it is standard odoo if there is a large quantity of product tracked by serial number it will take too long since it is creating 20,000 record on stock move line and in lot/serial number, i need a workaround or anything to optimize this load
